Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hh99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at hh99.club, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, crash games, and all associated account and payment facilities.

By completing the account registration process, accessing any part of the hh99 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hh99 and take effect from the moment you create an account or otherwise begin using the platform.

hh99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, hh99 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any other version or translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hh99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You may only register and use hh99 if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hh99 does not permit access to any of its services — including free-play modes, promotional content, or any other feature — to individuals under the age of 18.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling and sports betting activities of the type offered by hh99 are not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of another person or as an agent or nominee of a third party.

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of hh99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

hh99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation confirming that you meet the age and eligibility requirements, hh99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of hh99 services, including placing bets and making deposits and withdrawals, you are required to create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management.

One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one hh99 account. Creating, operating, or having access to more than one account — whether registered under your own name, a different name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts associated with the same individual are identified, hh99 reserves the right to close all such accounts and to forfeit any balances held within them.

Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your hh99 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information at the point of registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these Terms.

Account Verification (KYC). hh99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account in your name)

KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed. hh99 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or during periodic account reviews.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hh99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hh99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the hh99 support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through your hh99 account, including deposits, withdrawals, and the management of your account balance.

Accepted Payment Methods. hh99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels:

• bKash (mobile wallet)
• Nagad (mobile wallet)
• Rocket / Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking
• Upay (mobile wallet)
• Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit cards)
• Selected Bangladeshi bank transfers (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)

Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits that do not meet this minimum threshold will not be processed.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your hh99 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's system. Card and bank transfer deposits may take longer to credit, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit into your account, subject to KYC verification having been completed. hh99 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed rapidly once approved. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are set out in the Finance / Wallet section of the platform.

Prohibited Transactions. Deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name are prohibited. If a deposit is received from a third-party payment account, hh99 reserves the right to return the funds to the originating account and to suspend your hh99 account pending investigation. Using hh99 as a conduit for transferring funds between payment accounts without genuine gambling activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Currency. All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on hh99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion service is provided by hh99.

Bonuses and Promotions

hh99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to your hh99 account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.

Welcome Bonus. New players who make their first qualifying deposit into a verified hh99 account may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available only once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including by creating additional accounts — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of any bonus and associated winnings.

Promotional Eligibility. hh99 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Eligibility may be based on factors including, but not limited to, account verification status, deposit history, geographic location, and prior participation in the same or similar offers.

Abuse and Misuse. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit any bonus or promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to hedge bonus outcomes, use of automated software, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Modification and Withdrawal. hh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonuses already credited to player accounts in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

Seasonal Promotions. hh99 periodically offers promotions timed around major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and Bangladeshi calendar events (Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time each offer is made available.

User Obligations

By using the hh99 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to adhere to the following obligations at all times.

Lawful Use. You agree to use the hh99 platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any other party or restrict or inhibit any other user's enjoyment of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hh99 platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other tool to interact with the platform without the express written consent of hh99
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform's software or games to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or match-fixing in connection with any bet or wager placed on hh99
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to hh99 at any time
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial transaction of an illegal nature through your hh99 account
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the hh99 platform
• Using the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair hh99's servers or networks

Responsible Gaming. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risks and that it is possible to lose money. You agree to use the hh99 platform responsibly and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on or through the hh99 platform — including but not limited to the hh99 brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, images, game content, and data — are the property of hh99 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hh99 platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the hh99 platform without the express written consent of hh99
• Modify or create derivative works based on any hh99 content or materials
• Use the hh99 brand name, logo, or any other trademark or service mark of hh99 without express written authorisation
• Frame or mirror any part of the hh99 platform on any other website or digital property
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the hh99 platform

Game content provided on the hh99 platform by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to hh99 for use on the platform. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of such third-party intellectual property to you.

Any unauthorised use of hh99's intellectual property or the intellectual property of its licensors may constitute an infringement of applicable law and will be pursued accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers exclude all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the hh99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect
• Any loss arising from interruptions to the availability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond hh99's reasonable control
• Any loss arising from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party game providers whose content is made available on the hh99 platform
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes hh99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Platform Availability. hh99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hh99 undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to minimise scheduled and unscheduled downtime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

Third-Party Services. The hh99 platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and data providers. hh99 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of these third-party services beyond what is within hh99's direct control.

Governing Law. These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hh99 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction. hh99 operates in good faith and in accordance with its stated policies and is committed to resolving disputes with players fairly and promptly through its customer support team at [email protected] before any formal legal process is initiated.
